Hello--my name is Jennie and I'm a brand new mom- my little boy, James William, is 2 months old and I am 24.

I was a little above "pleasantly plump" already when I got pregnant, and although 30 of the 40 pounds I gained while pregnant came off in the first few weeks, I still have those last nasty 10 pounds to get down to my prepregnancy weight. And then there's the other 40-50 pounds I should have lost before I got pregnant! Right now, I'm still so tired and stressed from dealing with this new little life I'm responsible for that all that weight seems pretty daunting! Luckily it's the time of year when all of the gyms have their New Year's resolution specials, I guess! I'm one of those people who has resolved to lost weight in the past and never did it, but this is different. When my little man starts walking, I want to be able to keep up with him! I don't just want to watch him run and play, I want to run and play with him! This is serious business, people! Now, I just have to get off my overweight tuckus and get started! **Eyes couch lovingly** so long, comfy sofa!

Ugh! Someone just came in my front door and all the dogs went crazy and woke upmy peacefully sleeping baby!!!! Heads will roll...this is the first time he's really slept all day and he's CRANKY!!
